What is the plan for the Senior HR Business Partner role? 

The Human Resources Department acts as a strategic partner to the business on a variety of Human Resources initiatives, with an aim of supporting the high-performance culture. Our relationships with stakeholders are built on trust which contributes to the development and retention of employees. We innovate through the creation, provision and constant evolution of Learning and Development initiatives, which includes Talent programs and opportunities to work with colleagues at one of our many global locations. As a HR team we also focus on engaging our employees through reward and recognition programs, contributing to the company being known as an ‘Employer of Choice’, and a great place to work. 

What will you do as a Senior HR Business Partner? 

The HR Business Partner will be a key stakeholder and partner for the people managers and employees of different departments. 
Proactively support the delivery of the HR strategy 
Provide guidance and input on organization structure, culture and workforce planning 
Understand the business objectives and requirements of the respective departments and build strong relationships with the people managers and employees 
Hands-on implementation of HR projects 
Advise and consult with the management to maximizing employee performance, productivity, motivation and retention 
Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to the management of employees 
Work closely with the members of the global and local HR functions to ensure optimum synergy in line with the Business Strategy 

What do you know that makes you a great Senior HR Business Partner? 

2+ years experience in a similar HR BP role 
Degree qualified in Human Resources or related discipline preferred 
Having a sound understanding of and a work experience as a Business Partner 
Having previous experience in a fast-paced, dynamic international work environment 
Being proactive and innovative in the work approach 
Combine strategic thinking with pragmatic implementations 
Team player with a hands-on attitude is a must 
Ability to understand the business and the employee needs from different perspectives 
Proficiency in spoken and written Business English 
Previous experience in the iGaming industry would be an asset. 

Salary circa €65k based on experience with bonus, and an excellent package.
