RecruitMalta are currently helping our client who is a very well established and successful financial services provider who has a great opportunity for an Office Administrator .This is a challenging role in a company going through an exciting growth phase and represents a great opportunity to progress your career.


Reporting to Supervisor of Income and Fees you ensure accurate data is entered onto the Company’s data base and that benefits are paid on time and fees are taken on due date.


Core Competencies       

• Numerate

• Literate

• Computer literate with speedy inputting skills

• Ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels


Knowledge and Skills     


• Experience of working in an office environment.

• Familiar with Microsoft Office office software (Word, Excel etc).

• Attention to detail

• Ability to follow standard procedures and work accurately to given time targets for self and potential reportees.


You will already live in Malta


Salary circa €16k - €17K based on experience with private healthcare.
