What is the plan for the Insurance Administrator role?

The function of the role is to serve clients with utmost respect and great customer service by processing of home and motor insurance renewals, amendments, new insurance policies and quotes for insurance brokers as well as other intermediaries.

What will you do as an Insurance Administrator?

Servicing direct clients on any motor or home queries over the phone, by e-mail or face to face.
Renewing, amending, quoting and issuance of any new policies in respect of motor and home for direct clients, brokers and any intermediaries.
Auditing of new policies from brokers and intermediaries.
Dealing with daily cash income from clients and equally balancing the entries by the end of each day.
Assisting the senior personal lines underwriter with any other underwriting matters necessary.

What do you know that makes you a great Insurance Administrator?

Certificate in insurance (cert cii) preferred
1 year experience in an insurance working environment
Basic knowledge in Microsoft word and excel.

Salary €18k - €25k based on experience with bonus & an excellent relocation and benefits package.
