RecruitMalta are currently looking for a full time HR Administrator Assistant to join a diverse group operating over a number of different industries based in Malta.

What is the plan for the HR Administrator Assistant role?


You will be required to be involved in the recruitment process by setting up appointments, posting job adverts, assisting with the on/offboarding processes, distributing uniforms and organizing telephony packages for employees. You will also be taking on a different number of office administration duties such as maintaining employee records, compiling spreadsheets, assisting with correspondence, assisting with the organization and co-ordination of training activities and internal events, processing paperwork, compiling statistics reports, assisting with internal surveys and responding to questionnaires as well as other basic administrative duties as may be required from time to time.


What makes you great for this role?

The selected candidate shall possess a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar administration role, be IT proficient and have a good command of both Maltese and English.

The ideal candidate shall possess excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to multitask, prioritize and manage own workload and the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships at all levels.

Salary 20k - 22k based on experience with benefits package.
