Reporting to Trusts & Companies Corporate Services Manager you will assist with the administration of a portfolio of trusts & companies with diverse needs with focus on effective service, quality, productivity & efficiency; and ensuring records are up to date.


Primary Responsibilities


• Preparation of relevant correspondence and documentation, including Trustee Minutes and ancillary documents.

• Preparation of payment instructions, and monitoring execution of instructions.

• Preparation & execution of accurate statutory records, minutes, and ancillary documents ensuring full audit trail maintained

• Attend to all company secretarial matters for companies under administration.

• Monitoring client assets

• Liaising with clients and their advisers in respect of service issues, via telephone and other electronic interface.


Knowledge and Skills     


• Experience of working in a Corporate Services Admin role.

• Familiar with Microsoft Office office software (Word, Excel etc).

• Attention to detail

• Ability to follow standard procedures and work accurately to given time targets for self and potential reportees.


You will already live in Malta


Salary circa €20k - 25k  based on experience with private healthcare.
