What is the plan for the CRM Manager role?


We are looking for a CRM Manager to join a Malta Team. The CRM Team is at the heart of the company and vital to its growth since it leads all customer relationship strategy, communications and campaign execution. This role is challenging and requires being highly organised as well as being able to prioritise tasks. For this role, management experience is essential. You will need to show that you are able to work under pressure and that you can motivate your team. Being creative and having a strong knowledge of CRM system utilisation is vital for this role. This is role is a ‘hands on’ managerial role – you will be responsible for strategy, planning but you’ll also be executing.


What will you do as a CRM Manager?

Define CRM action plans, create roadmap and ensure its timely execution.
Establishing and prioritising short, medium, and long-term projects that align with the broader vision, expansion goals, and revenue targets, for the different markets.
Lead the development, implementation, and routine monitoring of multi-channel campaigns across the website, email, Facebook, push messaging, and other channels to achieve established goals and objectives.
Leverage all CRM systems and channels to take CRM to the next level – identifying opportunities for revenue growth and problem areas for resolution.
Identify key opportunities to enhance the player experience and improve retention rates and profitability including cross sell opportunities.
Ensure a comprehensive understanding of the competitive environment to best serve the objectives of the team and adjust plans accordingly.
Ensure all communications meet advertising, regulatory and legislative standards.
Motivate, lead and develop one direct report.
Keep up to date with current CRM trends, best practices and items of interest and share these with the rest of the team.
Ensure the achievement of KPIs as established by the Company

What do you know that makes you a great CRM Manager?


Previous experience in a CRM Manager role
Previous experience in the gaming industry in general is preferred but not essential for this role, and all necessary training will be provided.
Fluent English speaker – Italian is an asset 

 Able to work under pressure and prioritise different tasks

Be creative and constantly identify new opportunities

Able to work well in a team and build working relationships


Salary circa 50k Euros + Performance bonuses based on experience and an excellent package.
